Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing the public Zenzo website or submitting an early-access request, you agree to use the public site in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through its forms.
2. Public site and beta status
The public Zenzo website provides information about Zenzo Beta, its product direction, and the early-access request flow. Zenzo Beta is evolving. Public pages, previews, documentation, and product descriptions may change as the beta develops and do not constitute a commitment to deliver any particular feature, integration, timeline, or level of service.
3. Safe use and account security
The public Zenzo site is not a login portal. Zenzo does not ask visitors to provide GitHub, Google, workplace, or recovery-code passwords on its public pages. You are responsible for verifying external links before entering credentials or authorizing a third-party service. If a page appears to imitate a login flow or pressures you to act urgently, stop and verify the destination independently.
4. Early-access requests
You may submit an early-access request through the official form linked from the public site. Submission does not guarantee access, acceptance, product availability, or any commercial relationship. Please provide accurate information and do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, confidential third-party information, or material you are not authorized to share.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the public site for legitimate product evaluation and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misrepresent an affiliation with Zenzo, use Zenzo branding to deceive others, collect data from the site in a manner that harms visitors or the service, or violate applicable law.
6. Site content and feedback
Unless stated otherwise, Zenzo or its licensors retain rights in the site’s content, design, and branding. The public site source may be available through its linked repository; follow the terms and notices that apply there. If you provide feedback, you grant Zenzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use the feedback to evaluate and improve the product direction, without an obligation to compensate you.
7. Third-party destinations
The public site may link to third-party services, including a request form and the GitHub repository. Zenzo does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
The public site and beta information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenzo disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing on the public site is professional, legal, financial, medical, or security advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenzo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the public site or reliance on beta information. This working clause must be reviewed and tailored to the applicable legal entity and jurisdiction before production use.
10. Changes and termination
Zenzo may change, suspend, or discontinue the public site or the early-access program at any time. Zenzo may also update these Terms as the beta evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
11. Governing law and contact
The applicable governing law, venue, contracting entity, and formal contact details must be added before general availability. Until then, the public site should be treated as an informational beta resource rather than a finalized commercial agreement. Do not send sensitive information through public repository issues.
