How the Zenzo workspace is intended to work
Zenzo organizes an initiative around a shared workspace. A user frames a goal, an orchestrator coordinates specialist work, and the resulting activity remains visible to the person responsible for the outcome. The interface is meant to reduce context switching and make agentic work easier to inspect.
The workspace
The workspace is the shared context for a specific initiative. It is where a team can see the current room, the active roles, the conversation thread, and a concise view of operational status. The goal is not to hide complexity; it is to give complexity a dependable shape.
A visible workflow
Human review
Human review means a person remains accountable for interpreting outputs and deciding whether to proceed. A visible agent workflow can help a reviewer understand what was proposed and why, but it does not replace the reviewer’s judgment.
- Before a consequential action: the responsible person should check the relevant information and the intended outcome.
- When a request looks unusual: verify the link, destination, and scope before following it or entering credentials.
- For internal operational records: use the organization’s approved internal workflow rather than a public page posing as a sign-in destination.
Early access
Zenzo Beta is an early-access program for people who want to evaluate the product direction and give feedback. The public request flow is limited to the official site’s early-access form. Zenzo does not require GitHub, Google, or other third-party credentials to read public product information.
How to identify the official public site
The publicly maintained source is available in the Zenzo landing-page repository. The GitHub Pages address is samkomedved319-dev.github.io/zenzo-landing-page/. Treat unexpected password prompts, look-alike domains, or messages that pressure you to authorize access as warning signs to verify independently.
